Data Retention & Deletion Schedule

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Below is our standard schedule. You can request earlier deletion anytime via our opt-out / delete-my-data page.

Retention schedule

• Business owner account & website content: kept while your account is active; deleted within 90 days after account closure (except records we must keep for tax/legal reasons).
• Business listings / leads (public map data + enrichment): up to 24 months from last activity, then reviewed and purged. An opt-out request removes the individual's contact data promptly.
• Customer enquiries / orders on owner websites: retained while the owner's account is active (the owner is the data fiduciary for their customers); purged on account closure.
• Voice-call & broadcast logs: up to 12 months for billing/dispute resolution, then deleted.
• WhatsApp chat context/memory: auto-expires after 24 hours of inactivity.
• Consent & opt-out records: retained as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
• Payment records & invoices: retained up to 8 years as required by Indian tax law.
• Backups: rolling backups are overwritten/purged within 30-90 days.
