Please read these terms before using City Maps.

1. Service

City Maps provides websites and business growth tools for local businesses in India. Some features are free; paid features are billed as shown at checkout.

2. Acceptable use

Provide accurate business information.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content.
Send marketing only to contacts who have consented; comply with TRAI/DND rules.
Do not attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

3. Payments

Subscriptions and paid tools are processed via Razorpay. Prices and billing cycles are shown before you pay. See our Refund Policy.

4. Content ownership

You own the content you provide. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate your website.

5. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the law.

7. Marketing compliance (your responsibility)

If you use our tools to call or message your own customers, you are responsible for having valid consent and for complying with TRAI TCCCPR 2018 (DLT registration, approved headers/templates, DND scrubbing) and the DPDP Act, 2023. We provide opt-out capture and a suppression/DND list to help you honour STOP requests.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
