You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period remains active until it ends.
Credits purchased for tools (logo, video, voice calls) are consumed as you use them. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase, minus any amount already used, subject to review.
Email citymapsonline.kd@gmail.com or WhatsApp 917350785606 with your registered number and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Amounts already consumed (e.g. calls placed, media generated) are non-refundable.
